Mark Igo, CEO and President
Mark founded bbi MARKETING INC. in June 2002 after eleven years at Nova Marketing, Inc. in Quincy, Massachusetts. As Vice President and General Manager at Nova, Mark was responsible for the management of six departments (approximately 40 employees) and two shifts. He created various technology initiatives from database development to software sales. Mark was also instrumental in pioneering and perfecting print technology for Nova, earning them the distinguished InfoWorld Top 100 E-Business award, which recognizes companies that use the Internet to redefine industry standards for innovation and differentiation. Mark's duties also included the negotiating of contracts and establishment of vendor relations for print, web, software, hardware and personnel.
Building upon his 17 years of retail marketing and advertising success bbi MARKETING INC. has quickly become recognized as a full agency that has delivered strategic, creative, printing and web services to varied industry sectors such as Financial, Manufacturing, Government Relations, Sports & Entertainment and Retail. Through strategic partnerships Mark has bbi on the fast track to long-term success.
Mark served on the Hingham Housing Authority Executive Board, Quebecor's Information Technology Board, Hingham Youth Hockey Board and Hingham Little League Board and is currently the President of Hingham-Hull Babe Ruth baseball. Mark is a graduate of Hingham High School and attended Fitchburg State College and Quincy College.
John Cobak, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
John is an innovative marketing and sales executive with 30 years of experience, bringing to bbi MARKETING seasoned knowledge in retail branding, to include strategy development, positioning and execution. Most recently John spent 15 years with two national printing companies providing senior level insert sales, direct mail, point of sale, and media analysis for regional, specialty, and national retailers. He has a track record for implementing appropriate solutions with accountable ROI for brand growth. As a supplier and senior executive on the client side, John is effective in building and managing relationships at all levels in the corporate structure. This ability extended into retailers, Sears Holdings, Dicks Sporting Goods, and CVS Pharmacy by presenting strategic programs for customer centric focus, and included systems for monitoring promotional sales and expense. John and his wife Mary Jo have three Children and live in Duxbury, MA
Laura Noonan, Director of Interactive Services
Laura has been an interative director and online business strategist for the last 15 years helping organizations successfully transition from paper to paperless operations. She has led interactive projects from every imaginable angle directing websites, database designs, Flash ads, animations, online shopping carts, large-scale eLearning implemenations, mobile technologies, GIS/GPS integration, interoperability testing, XML data sharing, video productions., live webcasts, streaming media and podcasts. Laura represents the new breed of "social marketers" building online loyalty with wikis, RSS feeds, blogs, network communities [ie., YouTube, MySpace, Facebook] and Search Engine Optimization. She frequently consults on high-tech staging including laser light shows, fog and water screens, LED floors and multi-screened projections.
With a J.D. in Law, and M.S. in Broadcast Communications and a B.S. in Sociology and Psychology, Laura brings a unique blend of buiness, user psychology, media and metrics into every project. She is also trained in user experience desing and has a passion for ituitive applications that need no user instructions.
Her client portfolio includes the US Department of Defense, The White House, The US Department of Homeland Security, Harvard Universit, Perini Construction, Arizona Diamondbacks, Stop & Shop, Wesern Union, Lockheed Martin, Aramark, Motorola and Poloroid. Laura has also won many awards for her video work including 2 Telly awards for her recently televised documentary Living Amongst Us.
Laura is a graduate of Northeastern Law School (J.D.), Boston University College of Communications (M.S.) and Brandeis University (B.S.). She is also a member of the Massachusetts of Bar Association and serves on the board for Animated Children's Television.
Bill Galatis, Strategic Consultant
Bill has a wealth of experience in the restaurant and retail industries. As an investor and advisor within these industries, he has been responsible for restaurant concept creation, investor fundraising, along with the design and development of many successful business plans. This includes identification of ideal locations as well as target markets. Some of his successful ventures include Meze Estiatorio and Palo's Trattoria, the Watermark Donut Company (the largest group of Dunkin' Donut Franchisees in downtown Boston) and West Lynn Creamery.
He is a graduate of Suffolk University and participates in many philanthropic activities. He is a Trustee of the Dreams for Youth Foundation, Somerville, Ma. and was the Executive Director of the Sports Museum of New England. Bill also currently teaches Marketing courses at Bridgewater State University.
Leigh Williamson, Creative Director
bbi MARKETING INC. was thrilled to announce the addition of Leigh Williamson in October of 2006. Leigh's diversified background as a graphic designer, combined with her experience in the financial industry makes her a valuable team member.
As Creative Director she oversees the development and execution of the creative services that bbi MARKETING INC. provides. This includes logo and brand identity development, package design, advertising and collateral design, and of course website design.
Most recently, Leigh was the Graphic Designer for Black Rock Advertising and Publishing which prints and distributes the quarterly South Shore Magazine and Charles River Magazine. Prior to that, Leigh spent over 13 years in marketing and sales for Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments in Boston. Leigh has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Vermont, and holds a Certificate in Advertising and Print Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
Brittany Shellington, Graphic Designer
Brittany has been involved with bbi Marketing since October 2007. She oversees the development and execution of the creative print and web services that bbi MARKETING INC. provides.

Prior to joining the team at bbi, Brittany served as an intern in the graphics department of Spectrum Creative Solutions & Services during her spring semester at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Brittany graduated from Marist College in May 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and a Minor in Communications with a focus in Advertising. During her time at Marist, she was also a member of the Division 1 Soccer Program and spent a semester studying abroad in Florence, Italy.

Mark Browne, Hispanic Marketing Communications
Mark Browne is an accomplished advertising copywriter and international sales and marketing executive. He is originally from Boston, Massachusetts. He specializes in both the creation and translation of marketing campaigns designed to reach Latino consumers in the United States and Latin America. Mark has lived and traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. He is fluent in Spanish and studied Spanish at both Harvard University and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City. Mark has participated in the creation of successful Hispanic marketing campaigns for Lowe's®, Best Buy®, Bose®, MAB Paints and other major US retailers and manufacturers. Mark is the former Chief of Copy for Nova Marketing, Inc., of Quincy, Mass., a leader in home improvement retail marketing worldwide. He has also provided web marketing consulting to Boston-based Digitas, one of the largest direct-response interactive advertising agencies in the U.S.
Kate Hensley, Graphic Designer
Kate Hensley has been involved with bbi MARKETING INC. since September of 2003 until October of 2006. She oversees the development and execution of the print and web creative services that bbi MARKETING INC. provides.

ISO New England's "Take Charge" Campaign
Kate designed the campaign logo & tagline, billboards, brochures, magnets and press releases. Kate also facilitated the creative direction for the takecharge-ne.org web site.
Orgill Worldwide "American Tough Campaign"
Kate developed the creative concepts for this campaign and then executed the graphic design for the program launch. This program was unveiled in front of hundreds of vendors at the 2005 Fall Dealer Market Tradeshow in Atlanta, GA. bbi MARKETING INC. received many accolades for the creative execution of this program.
Prior to joining bbi MARKETING INC., Kate served as an assistant to the head designer for the Kansas City Chiefs professional football team.
Kate is a graduate from the University of Kansas where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with emphasis in Graphic Design. During her time at Kansas she was also a member of the Division 1 Soccer Program, and The Arts Group, an honors program within the design department at the University.
Kate also had the opportunity to study photography and design while abroad at European School of Design in Milan, Italy.
Clint Cave, Vice President Business Development
Clinton Cave is an experienced financial service-marketing executive with a background in both consumer and business marketing. As the Senior Vice President of Marketing at KeyCorp he was responsible for developing and implementing a branding strategy that maintained the independence for developing and implementing a branding strategy that maintained the independence of 9 regional banks across the United States but was able to offer the resources of a major US bank holding company. He is a proponent of database marketing and has created a number of consumers and business marketing databases and ran Harte Hanks' Financial Services group for a number of years. He began his marketing career with a small savings bank on the south shore of Massachusetts and then moved on to Bank of Boston where he headed their product development efforts.

Matt Gross, Senior Designer
Matt started at bbi MARKETING INC. in February of 2006 as an intern. After finishing his internship, he graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Boston. He went on to work various freelance jobs before being called back to work for bbi in October of 2006.
While attending the Art Institute, Matt focused on graphic design. He studied a variety of aspects of design including: typeface design, history of design, video production, web design, digital imaging and typography. His main specialty is print design, but is familiar with many other facets of design.
As Senior Designer he is responsible for the production of the print and web creative services that bbi MARKETING INC. provides.
Jennifer Bruni , Senior Writer
Jennifer is a versatile writer of online and print content. She creates distinctive and meaningful brand identities and copy for companies ranging from cutting edge retailers and boutique firms to global brands including Marriott Hotels, Deutsche Bank and Fidelity Investments, to name just a few.
Jennifer will create a unique marketing message for your company that will attract your target audience, and help grow your business.

Caryl Falvey, Account Executive
Caryl joined the bbi team back in 2003 as a marketing consultant focused on growing bbi's presence within the financial services and banking industries. Caryl has taken the lead in developing and implementing marketing strategies to assist our clients in achieving their financial goals. Relevant clients include Sun Life Financial, Federal Home Loan Bank, Independent Financial Marketing Group (IFMG), Astoria Bank and BCP Bank
Caryl brings a wealth of industry experience to bbi having held positions at Liberty Financial Bank Group, Marketing Communications Manager and Webster Bank, Assistant Vice President- Customer Development. In these roles Caryl facilitated marketing and communications programs that supported sales forces of two hundred Investment Executives and sixe New Business Development Officers. Provided turnkey marketing programs to 70 client's banks. Actively participated in new client prospecting and closing key achievements including:
- Developed micromarketing techniques for use by client banks and Investment Executives. This lead to greater overall sales for individual programs and for the company overall
- Instituted accost sharing program with clients which allowed for the development of high quality, effective, lead generation programs.
- Developed needs based programs targeted to four major segments
- Provided marketing, strategic, and business consulting for bank clients.
- Management of Customer Information Center, a 12 person inbound and outbound calling department. Average of 1,000 calls per day.
- Managed the High Performance Checking program that included mailings to 600,000 households annually
Caryl currently serves as President of Hingham Middle School PTO, Director of Hingham Education Enhancement Foundation and previously held the President position of the Tootin' Hills Elementary PTO. Caryl is a graduate of Hartwick College and received her MBA, Marketing from Rennselaer Poly Technical Institute.
Jackie Hodgman, Account Adminstration
Jackie has nearly 10 years of marketing and advertising experience, working with both small firms and corporate giants. She brings an abundance of both domestic and international experience to her job, including work with the South Bank Centre (London, England) Indigo America (Rehovot, Israel/Woburn, Massachusetts), and Hewlett-Packard (Boise, Idaho). Jackie has also traveled extensively throughout Great Britain and France.

Joseph Barberio, Vice President of Information Technology
Joseph is an experienced inventive thought leader. He has spent the last 20 years helping companies reinvent themselves. He has worked with national as well as international corporations such as Eastman Kodak, International Paper, Casio Corporation, Paramount Pictures, Best Buy Corporation, Lowe's, Merrill Lynch and Robert Half International in progressively expanding roles. He has a background in Engineering, Finance and Technology and has served in roles ranging from independent consultant to Interim CEO, for a New York based public company. Joseph is a graduate of The University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA with a concentration in Engineering and Finance. He also spent two years at DeVry University for Information Technology. He graduated from Eastman Kodak's renouned Professional Marketing Education Center in Rochester, NY and held a Certified Financial Manager Title while at Merrill Lynch.

His reporting and writing on the sale of the Boston Red Sox in 2001 and 2002 helped the Herald earn honors from both the New England Press Association and New England Associated Press News Executives Association (NEAPNEA) for business and economic reporting. Macero also played a key role in the Herald's widely acclaimed September 11 coverage, which also earned top honors from NEAPNEA in 2002.
