Northeast Elite Hockey

Client Objective:  Northeast Elite Hockey, a year-round developmental league for youth hockey players, with over 10,000 players passing through its program annually, sought sponsorship to continue its level of skill development and competition in southeastern Massachusetts, while making money for the league and maintaining its family-friendly costs for players.

bbi Response:  bbi designed a sales kit that not only included comprehensive information about the league and possible levels of sponsorship, but was also clearly organized with a clever design. Northeast Elite Hockey was so satisfied with the results that they contracted with bbi to produce a second sales kit for its 2004 season.

Ted Williams Museum

Client Objective:  As a non-profit organization, the Ted Williams Museum was seeking financial support to preserve the legend of Ted Williams, specifically through its annual Hitters Hall of Fame Legends Weekend Induction Ceremony and the corresponding souvenir yearbook.

bbi Response:  bbi developed an advertising and sponsorship kit to promote the Museum and Legends Weekend. It was through this kit that the Museum secured advertising spots from Major League Baseball's Minnesota Twins and Tampa Bay Devil Rays, along with bat manufacturer Louisville Slugger and the BoSox Club, Official Fan Club of the Boston Red Sox.

University of New Hampshire (UNH)

Client Objective:  The media sponsorship kit that UNH had been using to obtain sponsors prior to joining forces with bbi did not possess the professional feel that it needed to convey to potential donors that UNH is an NCAA leader. Additionally, the sales kit was cramped with information and lacked aesthetic qualities of design.

bbi Response:  bbi produced a 10-page stepped sponsorship kit that increased the emphasis on UNH, using the school's colors, logos and font throughout the piece. Without losing any of the essential information that the previous kit included, bbi was able to create a more user-friendly design. Furthermore, bbi created an identity for the school, which enticed potential sponsors.

Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA)

Client Objective:  The MIAA was in need of a partner to assist in the development of marketing strategies and the implementation of a new brand identity.

bbi Response:  As part of the MIAA's new brand identity, bbi created a Student Services kit, a 12-page, 4-color stepped brochure that outlines the various programs that fall under the MIAA's Student Services Division: Student Leadership, Community Service, Coaches' Education, Sportsmanship, Wellness. As bbi's relationship with the MIAA expands, additional informational pieces will be created to further enhance the MIAA's brand identity.
