The purpose of the Marketing Department Assessment was to have an objective analysis of the Manulife Marketing Department performed by a third party. Manulife's goal was to seek guidance in establishing an efficient and technology driven workflow while maintaining a healthy environment that offers knowledge and growth opportunity to all employees.
